1 chicken breast cut into 10 serving pieces
1 piece tofu fried and diced into 16 pieces
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 big laurel leaf
10 cloves garlic, pounded
1 cup water
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1]Marinate chicken and tofu pieces in soy sauce, vinegar, pounded garlic ground pepper and laurel leaf for at least half hour.
2] Put marinated chicken and tofu in a carajay.
3]Cook in high heat without cover until it boils.
4]Cover when the vinegar smells cooked.
5] Add water. Cover and cook until done.
